First impressions, the reception on the twenty second floor had spectacular views of the Canton Tower, simple wow! 2. The room, beautiful design and fantastic performance by the house keeping team. Please pass along my sincere thanks to your team. 3. The breakfast, such a superb variety of foods catering to all tastes, a fantastic experience. 4. Support, due to personal reasons I had to cut my trip short and return home. The reception team accommodated this request without hesitation which was appreciated.

The Grand Hyatt Guangzhou is a fantastic choice. The rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are top-notch. The breakfast remains impeccable, as it has been for years. Having lived in the city for many years, I know it like the back of my hand, and the hotel's location is perfect—right in the city center with easy access to the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and very clean. It was equipped with all the required amenities. Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi were great. There were lots of options in Breakfast menu for both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian. Location is great!! Its near to all Business centers, Metro stations and Canton Tower. Entire hotel staff is very polite and helpful. They made my 6 days long stay very comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend Grand Hyatt hotel for business travelers.
